Just received a 30" Masterbilt Electric Smoker, having a ball, experimenting with rubs, marinades different types of meats. Looking to make a mean BRISKET, juicy
tender, and melt in your , first attempt was no where near my expectations.
Hopefully I can learn the ropes to a successful BRISKET.

Good evening and welcome to the site, I am an RF guy so wont be much help on the electric. Bearcarver is the pro when it comes to electric smokers, give him a shout and i'll bet he can steer you in the right direction.
