Hi all I'm new to this forum but not to smoking. I own a BBQ trailer in Medina NY which is dead center between Buffalo and Rochester NY to give you an idea of where it is. I am 50 yrs old(don't act it most the time :) lol) I am living my dream finally at 50 but I also have MS and it may sideline me a little like I do my BBQ Friday Saturday Sunday then Monday and Tuesday I am bed bound. I will do this as long as I can or my body allows me too but boy am I happy. I have gotten rave reviews online for my food which is all homemade family recipes. I have a lot to learn so this is why I came to this forum for help and advice. I love people and love talking to and listening to people. hope I fit in here! I have a few questions but I think they don't belong here so I'll look for where they do belong have a good day and keep Que'in!!!
