So I love getting Teriyaki Chicken at the food court at the mall but would rather be able to do it at home. Since I got the Blackstone I have searched the net and finally found a recipe I like.

This is the recipe I used that I found on snapguide

Ingredients
3 Pounds Boneless chicken thighs

MARINADE
1 Cup Water
⅛ Cups Shaoxing wine or cooking sherry
1 Teaspoon Granulated garlic powder
1¼ Teaspoons White pepper
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
½ Cups Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
¼ Cups Canola oil

BROWN SAUCE
2½ Cups Unsalted chicken stock
¾ Cups + 2 Tbs Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
¼ Cups Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
2 Garlic cloves sliced

A piece of ginger, sliced
¾ Cups + 2 Tbs of Brown sugar
2½ Tablespoons Corn starch
2½ Tablespoons Cold water

Here is the chicken after marinating overnight.

Wow oh wow was it great. I also did steamed veggies for the mrs.

Will def be doing this again. I will make more sauce next time if Im doing noodles. I had barely enough for it all but didn't have extra to put over the top after saucing on the grill.

Thanks for looking.

I agree with you 100% on the food court teriyaki. Our mall has a very good stand, and it's literally 3 minutes away. Just for convenience I'll have to give your take a shot, I haven't had my wok out in forever. Thanks for sharing!

That looks great! The color on that chicken is making me drool. I love making meals like this on my blackstone. I have become a fried rice addict because homemade is so much better than my local take out places. I am definitely going to have to try cooking rice noodles on it!

Looks great I'm going to have to make this for my daughter she loves it from the food court one question I know it probably a dumb one for most but do you drain the marinade off before you cook it or just add the sauce to it. I don't believe I have ever marinaded anything before that I didn't use as the sauce.

I finally got around to trying this as fried rice bmudd. I added a tablespoon each of sesame oil rice wine vinegar to the sauce as well as a handful of chopped scallions and simmered lightly. It was awesome, thanks for sharing it!
