Hey everyone, I am brand new to smoking, but I am a long time fan of the product.  I have two young boys, (4 & 5) who can come pretty close to downing more ribs than me!!  I just bought a Mastercraft, 30" Propane smoker, and plan on doing my first smoke for mothers day.  I am really hoping to get pretty good at this since my boys and I are big ribs, and pretty much anything smoked fans. Thanks for welcoming me, and I look forward to all the tips and advice that I will be picking up here.
