Hey everyone! My name is Drew and I am a newbie when it comes to all things on this forum. I live in Omaha, NE. I have a wife and three growing boys ages 11,13 and 15.

A friend of mine has been smoking for years and finally convinced me to buy my own. After some research, I ended up starting with the Bradley 4 rack digital smoker. I will be seasoning it starting tomorrow and I look forward to learning a lot here.

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
