Been snooping around this site for a couple of days and all I can say is, where have you been all my smoking life? I've been playing around at smoking meat/fish/vegetables for 5-6 years. Finally getting ready to retire and now can start looking at some serious smoking (them fatties just look like a heart attack waiting to happen

). And yes, my smoker and grill run no matter what the weather.

First off welcome Dave to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.

Hey Dave, thanks for letting me in on this site. But you are a VERY BAD MAN to do it while I'm 3,000 miles away from my smokers. Guess your not the FNG any more.

Glad you've joined us at the SMF. But the time you retire, you'll be one smoking happy guy. It's all good my friend.
