Hello to all. My wife got me a Master Built 30" electric smoker for Christmas, so I am actively seeking tips and advice to put it to good use. I am active-duty Air Force, with nearly 16 years of service, and my time in has taken me to some pretty good barbeque meccas, including TX, NC, and MS.
