Just say hello. I'm from upstate ny. I recently got a smoker for fathers day and started testing out what I could do with it and low and behold I can't stop smoking in it. I smoke everything these days excluding corn on the cob and potatoes :) I was going to try my hand at making some pulled pork but I got the wrong kind of meat so now we r having smoke pork loin tonight. I have had countless help from a lot of your guys post so I figured I would join up and learn from some of u guys out there. Thanks

Welcome to SMF,  Pork loin is very lean so don't over cook it
