Hello from sunny South Florida.. Just started out with smoking and can I tell you my family and friends benifit from it as much as I'm am!!!  Just stopping by and given a shout out. I love this type of cooking and glad I'm doing it. You think BBQ places have good food till you start doing it on your own!! You can't beat meat you have cooked yourself and the time you put into it. Just looking for good tips and ways to improve my smokes!!  I have a Brinkmanship Trailmaster side smoker!!
