Flavor profile

    So my son's birthday is coming up and I am doing burgers. I am wondering what would be a good seasoning profile for it?

    I like Montreal steak seasoning on our burgers.

    Put it on, wrap in plastic wrap, & refrigerate for a couple of hours.

    What about a sauce for it? I have been experimenting with self made BBQ sauce.

    Try ketchup and mayo its a hamburger dont try to overthink it!

    Ketchup is never on my burgers lol. I am looking for more than just another burger, I want it to be an experience of the taste buds ! So I think I have a good idea in mind, salt, pepper, and some Chipotle powder.

    For children plain burgers no onions inside,Ketchup,mayo,mustard, and Cheese.

    Adults would do fine with that also,it is a kids party
