Was in the Egg dealer a while back and they had one. Less than thrilled with it. Out of the box the calibration was off....the pit was off by about 10* and the meat was off by a like amount. It has some sort of learning capability.....I was told by the manufacturer that after about an hour or so it will have figured out how to control the temp on our Large Egg. Has been used several times yet, totaling 9 hours or so and it still has not figured it out. Will reach the set temp and not shut the blower motor off. Overshoots by 20* or so. Called them to find out about turning the learning feature off....basically got blown off. Member on another site was able to educate me on how to access the menus....and what one is the learning one.
