Hi Gang---I have tried several times to Register using my laptop, so today I tried the desk puter and Here I am...
My wife and I go by The Holy Smoke BBQ Team out of Palatka, Fl.
We use a Lang 60 Delux ---We are an over the Hill couple having Fun.
Better get back to my fire---Fresh Ham, 2 turkeys,1 boston butt and 1 slab of ribs on....

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.
