Fish tacos w/ rock fish

    Didn't smoke them but figured I would share with the group. Baked the filets with lemon juice and butter inside a pouch of tin foil. Cooked at 350 for 20 minutes and seasoned with Chesapeake Bay seasoning.

    Hmmmm rockfish!! Hard on the teeth but still a tasty treat 😁

    That looks incredible! I need to get ahold of some rockfish soon. Between you an Leah I'm practically drooling at the thought of it.

    I really like the granite groupers and boulder bass when making fish tacos! I steer clear of the travertine trout though!

    Never developed a taste for monolithic mackerel though. A little on the heavy side 😄

    'Round the bay they're just known as rockfish. Can them a striped bass and people will give you a funny look

    Thanks ya ' LL. Not sure this would of tasted good smoked but it tasted good in a foil pack!
