First year smoker, life time griller!

Brinkmann Trailmaster limited, I live in Chandler, Arizona USA. I have been grilling for years and have always wanted to learn to smoke. I have a couple of very successful smokes and 1 not so pleasant but I was able to save them, and so the story begins.
