First whole hog

  1. Did a whole 100 lb. hog over the weekend for a catering job. First time doing it on my new trailer, but it turned out awesome. It almost was too big for the shelf I have. Started it at 20:00 saturday night and finished up around 13:15 on sunday. All I have now are the finish pics but will post a few others later on.

  2. I'd say that was close to being a full smoker. Looks good!
