Was in a hurry for dinner tonight so I did 2 beer can chickens in the smoker and a package of wings. Rubbed the whole ones with Mckormick chicken rub and the wings with some Tony Cacheres cajun seasoning. Cooked at 250 for about 2 hours. Wings got done first, tossed them in some butter,Franks red hot, and a little garlic hot sauce. served up with some bleu cheese dressing. Cranked the heat up to 350. Pulled the chickens out at internal temp of 165, foiled and rested 20 minutes. Plated with some stove top and corn. The girl attacked it mercilessly. Thanks for looking!
