Decided to try my hand with a charcoal/wood smoker and felt uds was a good place to start.

Started with an unlined open head drum that contained a petroleum based product. Had it sandblasted in and out.

All the hardware is in stainless. I figured for the few extra dollars i would avoid the rusted nipples etc.
laser cut and rolled the harley symbol and ss riveted in place. Had a buddy fab the basket and cooking racks. Team unknown bbq stainless hinge.
All handle nipples and adjustable shelf and casters were welded. Just waiting for paint to cure then ill be seasoning.

By the way I could sell the crap out of those around here. Lots of Harley folks in my neck of the woods. The decal would be key. Can I ask where you got it?

Its actually laser cut from steel sheet. Dont tell harley hehehehe. I then rolled it to the outside radius of drum and stainless rivet in place looks cool in person because it sticks out the thickness of the sheet.. The genuine oil words are vinyl paint masks i had made and everything is painted with engine enamel. Did my first cooks this past weekend. Bacon cheese burger phatty abts. And pork tenderloins n whole wings. Pretty happy will def take some practice to perfect it
