First turkey breast.

    Just pulled my first turkey breast from the Weber kettle. I injected it a with butter sauce then rubbed down with SM spicey apple. Smoked 2.5 hrs @ 300°. Pulled at 165° IT. Resting now before I slice it.

    I let it rest an hour before I sliced it. It was very juicy. Had to sneak a few bites, it is for lunch tomorrow. [​IMG][​IMG]

    I was proud of it for my first attempt.
