First try with Chicken

  1. I tried some Chicken for the first time:

    A friend did the marinade, some BBQ, Buffalo and Teriyaki overnight. I then wrapped half of them in bacon and smoked until IT was 180. And I did another Fatty

    Well for a first time on chicken you really did fine! Good deal, and delicious looking fatty too. Glad you're hooked, 'cause you'd be a candidate for psychiatric treatment if you weren't!!!

  6. Not only did I get hooked, so did my wife, children, in-laws and neighbors.

    This fattie was peppers, onions, cheese. I used thinner bacon and I think it turned out way better than my first ones.
