First Try at Roast Beef (for sandwiches) w/Qview

Discussion in 'Beef' started by ptcruiserguy, Oct 18, 2011.

  1. Went to the store last weekend and decided to pic up 2 bottom round roasts.

Really wasn't sure what I was gonna do with them. After looking things up on this forum

I decided to try my hand at making Roast Beef for sandwiches.

Got them out and sprinkled them with sea salt and course ground black pepper.

    So here is some Qview.

    Ready for the Smoker

After 41/2 hrs at 215* and IT of 147 on the right and 153 on the left.

After slicing and it was very good and tasty.[IMG]
