First Timer

I am living in Edmonton Alberta so I end up with a fairly short season for smoking.  I started smoking in 2013 with a Master Pro gas / charcoal smoker.  At Christmas, I received an Emson Indoor Pressure Smoker.  

I am having fun with both.
