First off welcome to SMF. You'll like this place for there are alot of folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. You will find alot of good recipes and techniques here also. so with all that said:

Maybe it's the fact that you are so new to this forum. Everyone has to be checked out cause they have so many hackers and spams want to be trying to get into this place. Now there is so many new folks joining it takes a little while for there are only a few Adim to clear everyone. I do know that they are making changes to remey this problem. Then all you have to do is download the picture onto your computer then you can pull it up and post it.

Hey thanks for the info.  I am just enjoying my new smoker.  Made some venison sticks and jerky the other day.  Came out wonderful.  Yall were so helpful for this newbie just starting out.  Had a friend tell me about this forum and I knew from the way he described it that it would be great and everyone has been so helpful.  Thanks a bunch fellow smokers!

Welcome to the SMF Family...ABT's are a huge favorite here...I just wish there was a better way to tell which are HOT...I did 2 dozen a couple of months ago and got complaints that they had No Heat...Have fun...JJ

I think the system is set so that yo have to have 10 or so posts before you can use certain features, this is to prevent spammers from taking over the site. Post a little and then we'd love to see your pictures as soon as it will let you.
