Hello Everyone! Im from Wisconsin, home of the Brat!! So you all know, grilling is in our state blood! haha I have recently started to expand my intrested into smoking, and am doing so with a gas grill! posted in Pork Forum with questions if willing to help! I have done some crazy thing that my trusty gas grill, including tailgating for a crowd of 85 people! Packers fans are RELENTLESS!! I went through 2 tanks that day and probably cooked enough brats and burgers to fill a chest freezer twice! lol
I am a happy go lucky father of 2, and want to entrust my grilling wisdom to my kids. I am always willing to try something at least once, and am open to any and all opinions regarding food! I was an aspiring chef, and graduate my classes in 1 year! (considering it was a 3 year course, I was thrilled!!) I put that to the side to raise my family, but my heart will always be food!! I will probably be posting here and there, but I will be watching for responses!
