First time smoker from central South Dakota. Working on my first build and hopefully will be cranking out some good brisket, fatties, and chicken this summer. Thanks to everyone for their future help because I'm sure I will be using/needing it a bunch. I've already quadrupled my knowledge in just a couple days.
