First timer from LA

  1. I am from Los Angeles, own a smokin-it smoker and a 5 burner Weber gas grill.  Been cooking for 20 years. My personal favorite types of bbq in order are Jamaican Jerk, Brisket, and ribs.  Since visiting Jamaica a few years back I have became obsessed with making jerk chicken using pimento wood. If anyone has any great recipes to share I would be interested in hearing them as well as sharing some of my favorite home mades as well.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
