I am glad that i found this site. Lots of useful info, Starting a build on UDS smoker. I'm from southern Indiana, and have a small bbq joint here in Seymour, IN,  Member of the KCBS. Have several different smokers that I use, including factory ones and couple that I have built.

Welcome to SMF Dennis. From time to time we get folks on here that want to take their hobby and move it into the business world and they often ask how to run a BBQ joint. Hopefully, you'll be able to give some insite on that.

With the number of smokers you have, you'll fit in just fine!

Enjoy the Smoke!
