First time with a vertical stuffer

Finally bought a dedicated stuffer after years of using a grinder. Got an 11# from Walton's.

OMG Why did I wait so long to do it!
First try was snack sticks with 18-20 mm sheep casings. Never used sheep casings before either. We only had three blowouts in 20#. I was using the 1/2" tube. Worked until I got a small section of intestine. Once I switched to the 3/8" tube, we didn't have anymore problems. My wife turned the handle without any trouble.
If you're sitting on the fence about one, do it. You won't be sorry.
