Hey all! I've been a lurker here for a while reading and learning. I recently made a switch from a MES40 to WSM 18.5 and man what a difference in flavor!! I've cooked a couple briskets and a few butts but haven't ventured into the poultry side much. I ate some smoked chicken a few weeks ago and now I can't get it out of my head. 2 weeks ago I smoked a couple chickens and was happy with the results (sorry no pics. Didn't have my camera at the lake when I smoked them). Yesterday, I bought some wings and thought I would give that a try. I only snapped a couple pics but thought I would post here and thank everyone for the help.
