Today I decided to do some spare ribs. It's -16 degrees Celsius out. Got my smoker up to a steady 235, I haven't touched it since and it seems to be stating constant there. I used "Bilbos world famous dry rub". Can't wait till its done. I will post final pics when done.

Turned out great. Sorry tried posting pics of the finished product but it won't let me. Just trying to figure out why now.
