First time smoking Spare Ribs (3lbs)

  1. This is my first experience smoking any type of rib and I think that it was just ok. I used a 2, 1,1 method which I cooked a temperature of around 250/265 so I reduced the normal 3,2,1. I used apple and light amounts hickory wood.
