Hey guys a few questions. I have 3 pork Butts that i am wanting to smoke. They are all around 3.6-3.8 pounds a piece. Just looking for some tips I have them rubbed and wrapped in fridge for the night. Looking for tips on temps and times for smoke.

Thank you

Welcome to the forum!  Lots of great info available here! The search bar is a great tool.  In the mean time...set your smoker around 275 and put your butts in. Smoke them until they reach an IT of 205, get em outta there and let them rest for at least an hour.  Pull and enjoy!  There are also some great finishing sauce recipes to be found on this great site.  I am providing the very basic of instructions.  There are lots of detailed smokes to be found on this forum.  Happy smoking.

Butts are a very easy meat to smoke. They are very forgiving. Basically put them in a 225 degree smoker until the IT is 205. If you want you can foil them at about 170-175 degrees with some liquid to get them done sooner, but the bark will be soft. Good luck and let us know how they turn out.

Thanks everyone for the tips. The butts turned out great. In fact I was planning on snapping a few pics but forgot as the family was way to eager to dig in. No one had any complaints and stomachs are full. To me that's all that matters!!!! Cheers, and Go Chiefs!!!!

Congrats on the successful smoke!  Just remember....
