I have a birthday party that im smoking ribs for pork beef and lamb ribs. i have mastered the porrk ribs but not so much on the beef ribs and have never smoked lamb ribs before. should i smoke them like i would pork? or is there a different way? need some help gents and ladys out there!

James , had you asked about the Beef or Pork Ribs , I could have helped you, however I have never acquired a taste for Sheep and could not help you.

I feel certain some one will chime in , in a few with the lowdown on your Sheep Ribs .

Oh, the Beef Ribs do well @225*F until toothpick tender , that will be around 190*F. That is if you get good meaty ones , the well trimmed ones will need babysitting to keep from burning them up.

Meanwhile , have fun and. . .
