question, what do I do with the neck and innards?

I put the neck in with the brine with the turkey, I was going to wrap it in foil and smoke it with the turkey. Is this OK?

Thanks

Gravy , man... Smoked , chopped and into the Gravy for flavor. What's wrong with everyone now , Euuuuw , Giblets in the Gravy... That's the best part.

If my Turkey's giblets have gone to liquid , I replace with Chicken Giblets , either way I've used the Whole animal and gotten a reward of good flavor back...and don't forget the Boiled Eggs in it too

Never now until you give it a try . Same with everything , Mountain Oysters are great , so is Woodchuck... Remember P.I.T.A.  is an acronym for  "People Eating Tasty Animals".

Have fun and . . .
