First time smoker, long time meat eater! Just got a new 30" MES from the wife and kids for Christmas. Got her all "pre-seasoned" and ready to kick off with my first smokin' project on Christmas Day - turducken! Open to any advice or suggestions you expert smokers can offer. Merry Christmas!!
