Greeting smokers. Little bit about myself. I am new to smoking. I smoked my first cut of meat yesterday. It was a whole chicken I smoked in my brinkman grill and smoker. I smoked it for about 4 hrs. Used a brine recipe as well as a dry rub recipe I found here. Turned out nice for my first time smoking. Used Kingsford charcoal for the heat and apple wood chips for smoke. Picture attached.
