OK! So, I bought two racks of baby back beauties.

Pulled off the membranes on both of the bone sides.

Squirted with mustard and rubbed with KC rub recipe.

Currently, they are wrapped up and cooling in fridge.

Tomorrow...I am going to get my fire going to 225-240.

I am going to smoke with hickory for two hours at temp.

Then I am going to cover in sauce, wrap in foil, and heat.

After one hour I am going to lose foil   and replace on grill.

Last, I am going to smoke the ribs for one more tasty hour.

These methods and recipes are all from SMF threads!

Thank you to everyone for your helpful tips and suggestions :)
