Hello all!

Shawn here. New to forums, have read many older ones over the years as I started smoking stuff a couple years ago. I run a treager with a smoke daddy smoke generator added on also have had the smoke daddy pid controller but have stock traeger controller in it now (pid quit working and I have not sent it in yet). I have a young child and very busy work schedule so the ease and convince of the treager are important to me and with the smoke daddy smoke generator I feel I achieve results almost as good as the old Wood Fire smoker. I have been smoking stuff for about two years now. The basic ribs, butt, brisket...to cheese, salmon and eggs... I have yet to perfect anything yet...which means I guess I will keep trying and eating the spoils! I am wanting to try my hand at sausage making next, have made a few batches but have not got to the point where I enjoy eating the spoils yet! I am in my mid thirties, live in Southwest Iowa. Own a few of my own Berkshire sows (meat just for myself) and I love smoking stuff. Anything else you would like to know just ask.

Thanks
