First Time For Pork Loin

  1. Okay, it's ready for the smoker. Sorry I didn't get any pics of the prep. I butterflied it and stuffed it with (I know this may sound a little strange but it was handy) Stove Top Stuffing. I will let you know how it turns out. After all, almost everything done in the smoker is good!
