My husband and I are doing a brisket for the first time on our electric smoker for game day. We have company coming over so want a really great recipe and any advice you might have for us on this. We have the Masterbuilt smoker and have only had it 3 weeks. So far we have conquered bbq pulled pork butt and ribs on it. I have looked everywhere online and seems the best recipe I find is an Emeril texas style brisket that had actually good reviews. Would appreciate any help!
