Finally tried out a couple chuckies today. Got them for $2.03/pound at kroger. Did one with tony cacheres garlic herb injection and another with a simple rub of garlic, onion powder, kosher salt and cbp. Here they are in the smoker. And sliced on the plate with some smashed potatoes, green beans, and homemade beer bread. It was very tasty, will do again for sure. Now I need to figure out what to do with the leftovers, I am thinking enchiladas or tacos for sure. Thanks for checking out my smoke.
