My first attempt at beef ribs today.   I rubbed and left in fridge overnight. This morning I smoked with pecan wood at around 225-235 degrees until 160 I.T. . Then into a covered foil pan with a cup of apple juice until an i.t. of 202 degrees. About five hours total. I then brushed with a thin layer of Sweet Baby Rays original sauce. They turned out pretty good. They had a  good bit of fat on them but no complaints from the family so I was happy with them.

Looks yummers!
