First time Beef Ribs

    I had my first try @ Beef Ribs today. Just a lil rack to try

    Rubbed them with

    1. Rosemary
      Sea salt
      GARLIC salt
      a lil Cajun rub
      And cracked black pepper

    Tasted pretty good.

    Looking for suggestions and ideas from people that have done BEEF ribs and got a good feel for them.

    I went a little heavy on the salt
    They smoked for 5 hrs @ 215 - 235

    I don't wrap pork spares or baby backs so I did not wrap these.

    Got a lil bark but nice and tender and nearly all the fat rendered out.

    i have only done beef short ribs and only one time they were tasty but the wrapped ones were far more tender.
