Well here they are.My first try at it. Still have a ways to go.They look good and are edible.But I know I can do better in time.They are beef and pork with the spices from the sausage maker.The temp stall really had me going. Thanks to this site for all the info.
 
Them look very nice - we need a money shot on that, Glad it turned out for you and yep still alot on here we can all learn.
