    IT 190 top shelf
    IT 200 bottom shelf
    Does not bend and break. 4h

    It got a little hot, I think water ran out
    But it was 240 for 2h then 270 2h roughly. Pull and put in faux Cambraux?

    Decided to pull and go in the cooler. Came out great. Needed sauce though.
