So ive made baby backs multiple times, always with excellent results, i ve made butts with excellent results. I have never made spare ribs or a pork loin before, i rubbed both pieces last night and they went onto the brinkman electric at 12:15 today. i just tried to upload a pic and didnt have any success i cant get the file size right so i think i'll just put a link to it in a few minutes, anyway is there anything should know? im using the 3-2-1 method for the ribs. the loin ive got my temp probe in and i assume i just need to wait until i hit the 160 degre mark then toss it in a cooler for 30-45 min? im also making the "mahogany" sauce i saw mentioned elsewhere. Do i have all my bases covered or am i forgetting something? Any help is appreciated, BTW this place is a great friendly place, i love it.
