First smoker

    New to smoking. Bought a MB propane smoker. Have done ribs, Boston butt several times and chicken. Would like to try brisket but can't keep the temp below 275. Everything has turned out great so far but will buy a better therm before attempting brisket. Not sure how accurate therm on smoker is.
