first smoker thats not a grill

    Ki everyone mu name is Michael i live in tacoma wa but  i from  St. croix USVI

    i gse to smoke on a grill and the meat was always to smoky

    i deep fried my turkey using master built tutkey frier my wife thought maybe i could

    make ham and smoked turkey so she bought me a masterbuilt digital smoker gen 2

    so iv'e seasoned it know i will start smoking and see

    thanks gary i am having some issues

    i want to use mortons curing salts but they don't seem to reply to idiotic questions

    since i'm new to this i wanted to make CB using morton salts but i want when slice them they are pink like store bought

    so is morton salts what i need for this or do i have to buy some prague #1

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
