first smoked ribs

yes it is not easy to find cuts of meat as you have in the states

There are still a few things on my wishlist that I want to try,if I find the right cut of meat

what concerns the ribs,I now keep it as spares trimmed st. louis style

I already feel at home with you guys

St Louis Spares it is.....I only got 1 eye and it only works when Im drinking.....
