First smoked Meatloaf

  1. Made with a pound of ground beef, italuan sausage, minced and powdered onion and garlic, egg, and seasoned stuffing mix. I formed a loaf ans wrapped it in a pound of bacon. 3 hours in the smoker at 225 and an internal of 150.[ATTACHMENT=2649][ATTACHMENT=2650]20160228_154421.jpg (5,413k. jpg file)[/ATTACHMENT][/ATTACHMENT]

    Only my second smoke. First was a pork roast
