First smoked Meatloaf

  1. I was looking around for a quick smoke and found some meatloaf ideas.
    I made bacon weave, mixed 2 lbs of beef and 1 lbs of sausage, chopped onions and bell peppers, normal beef rub with a little cheese in middle and smoked at 225 for about 5 hrs. I made one bacon weave of thick and one of thin cut. The thin looks nicer but thick is my choice.
    It was the best meatloaf I have ever had in my life. It was also very helpful reading all the tips I found here.
